**Job Summary**
As an experienced full stack data analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, developing reporting solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success. You will work closely with our senior analysts, informatics team, and other stakeholders to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that meet the needs of our business. Your expertise will be critical in helping us to make informed decisions, identify trends and patterns, and optimize our operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that meet the needs of our business
* Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
* Develop reporting solutions using a variety of tools and technologies, including Microsoft Access, Excel, Visual Basic for Applications, SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS), ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, Transact SQL, and MS SQL Server
* Work closely with our senior analysts, informatics team, and other stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
* Develop and maintain databases, including designing and implementing database structures, writing queries, and optimizing database performance
* Troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical support to internal clients and stakeholders
* Present analysis and insights to internal clients and stakeholders, including developing and delivering reports, dashboards, and other visualizations
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience
* 2-4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and database development, with a focus on Microsoft Access, Excel, Visual Basic for Applications, SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS), ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, Transact SQL, and MS SQL Server
* Experience with database development, including designing and implementing database structures, writing queries, and optimizing database performance
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop insights that inform business decisions
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present analysis and insights to internal clients and stakeholders
* Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with reporting platform WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
* Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
* Database knowledge and experience with Hadoop, Oracle
* Development database languages and knowledge with Oracle PLSQL
* Crystal Reporting experience preferred
