As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll support one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S. – no cold calling required! We cover all the training, testing fees, and state licensing requirements to help you launch your insurance career. **What We're Looking For**
* **Must reside in Texas**: We're looking for talented individuals who are based in Texas and can commit to working with our team.

* **High school diploma or GED equivalent required**: A high school diploma or equivalent is the minimum educational requirement for this role.
* **Preferred 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience**: While experience is not essential, it's preferred that you have some background in customer service or a related field.
* **Must have open availability during operating hours**: We operate on a flexible schedule, and you'll need to be available to work during our operating hours.

**Home Setup Requirements**
* **Provided Equipment**: arenaflex will ship necessary equipment, including a headset after you pass your state exam.
* **Internet Requirements**: A hardwired high-speed internet connection is required for this role.
* **Work Environment**: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production. You cannot be a primary care provider during hours of operation.
* **Device Requirements**: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets). Cell phones are not permitted for college of insurance training.
