Spanish Bilingual Scheduler (ZR_24594_JOB)

Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PST)
Position Summary:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and reliableBilingual Scheduler to support our Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) scheduling operations. This position plays a critical role in coordinating patient procedures by contacting patients assigned through our EMR system (eClinicalWorks) and ensuring they are properly scheduled for surgery.
Key Responsibilities:

• Review daily patient assignments from the EMR system (eClinicalWorks).
  
• Contact patients via phone to confirm procedure details and schedule them for their ASC appointments.
  
• Communicate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure accurate and timely scheduling.
  
• Update and maintain scheduling information in the EMR system.
  
• Provide clear instructions and information to patients regarding their upcoming procedure.
  
• Ensure all documentation is completed in accordance with center protocols.
  

Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
  
• Prior experience in a medical office or surgery center scheduling role preferred.
  
• Familiarity withmedical terminology.
  
• Proficient in navigating EMR systems; experience witheClinicalWorks (eCW) is a plus.
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
