As an Evening Customer Care Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and empowering our members to navigate the complexities of the healthcare system.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting members in navigating the healthcare system by answering a variety of incoming calls and responding to members' healthcare questions and issues. You will determine the appropriate resolution to assist members based on their needs, transfer calls outside the scope of responsibility to appropriate internal or external resources, and verify and collect demographic information to update in our system. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our members receive timely and effective support to address their healthcare needs.
In addition to providing exceptional customer service, you will also be responsible for assisting in resolving routine program quality issues by identifying issues and researching in a timely manner. You will follow research through until resolution, document all issues thoroughly, and continuously evaluate the status of all work efforts to ensure that all tasks are prioritized to provide timely and quality services.
As an Evening Customer Care Associate, you will establish and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers, team members, and department contacts. You will cooperate with team members to meet goals or complete tasks, provide quality customer service that exceeds customer expectations, and treat all internal and external customers, team members, and department contacts with dignity and respect.

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. You will have the flexibility to work any of our 8.5-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 10:00 pm EST. You will work from home, and we will provide all necessary equipment and technology to support your success in this role.
