About the Role
We're on the hunt for a talented and dedicated Customer Service Associate to work from the comfort of their own home, anywhere in the world. Key Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of phone calls, emails, and chat messages in a timely, accurate, and courteous manner, ensuring a world-class customer experience
- Track orders efficiently and effectively, providing updates and resolving any issues that may arise
- Identify and capitalize on cross-sell opportunities, promoting our products and services to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, fairly, and professionally, in accordance with company guidelines and procedures
- Assist with order verification, damaged/lost package claims, and reshipments, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience for our customers
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Possess a dedicated home office with a computer, two monitors, keyboard, mouse, and headset
- Be available to work from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday
- Have at least six months of experience working remotely, with a proven track record of productivity and self-motivation
- Have a minimum of two years of experience in a customer-facing role, providing support via email, phone, chat, and social media
- Be familiar with Zendesk or a similar customer service ticketing system, with at least one year of experience
- Possess strong computer skills, including data entry and keyboard skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems
- Be comfortable working with metrics such as handle time, quality assurance, and other performance indicators
- Be willing to work overtime hours and weekends during peak holiday seasons, ensuring our customers receive the support they need
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate in English (bi-lingual candidates are highly desirable)
- Be able to manage and resolve conflicts in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience, with a strong focus on customer service and support
