This is a remote call center role, working full-time from Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm EST. As a Customer Support Specialist for Medical Records Processing and CPC Processor, you will be comfortable working in a high-volume production environment, processing medical record requests, and providing exceptional customer support to patients, insurance companies, and attorneys. You will be documenting information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors and must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
