**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers using our food ordering app. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting customers in placing online orders and providing support through phone calls
* Processing payments securely and proactively supporting customers to maintain brand reputation
* Identifying and escalating priority issues to ensure timely resolution
* Collaborating with the team to improve customer support and maintain service quality
* Maintaining and improving service quality through continuous process improvement and feedback
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field
* At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with a preference for call center experience (but not mandatory)
* B2 level proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening and customer service orientation
* Strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 40wpm and 90% accuracy
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be advantageous:
* Proficiency in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
* Experience working in a rotational shift environment
* Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes

* Typing speed of at least 40wpm with 90% accuracy
