Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

- Following up on client cases to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and ticketing systems
