As a Customer Service Specialist, you will work remotely to assist customers with their orders and accounts by problem-solving, driving sales, and promoting products effectively. **Essential Qualifications**

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

* Self-provided computer or laptop with a Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old

* Webcam and ability to appear on camera for meetings and trainings
