Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Welcome clients while entering or leaving the store (in a virtual setting)
- Answer incoming calls and take messages while in the inbound call center or on location
- Answer store inquiries concerning items or administrations while available or on location
- Take payment from clients at the register while available or on location (in a virtual setting)
- Maintain the cleanliness of the store and cashier region, including counters, registers, cash drawers, flooring, and different areas as needed
- Stock shelves and different areas as needed with required items
- Operate register equipment, including register software
- Maintain the cleanliness of the community, including counters, floors, bathrooms, break rooms, and so forth on a daily basis
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor on a case-by-case basis
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of register software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or retail
- Knowledge of Walmart products and services
