Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Basic level computer skills, including starting and shutting down a computer, using a mouse, and navigating programs.
- Basic web browser skills, including opening a browser, typing in URLs, using a search engine, and completing online forms.
- Transitional level keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 25 words per minute (WPM) and the ability to type by memory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications

- At least one year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment.
