Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms to address their queries, concerns, and needs.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in the pet care or pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to multi-task, think critically, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as overtime as needed.
- Mandatory background check for KY Rx Tech license.
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and a passion for making a difference in the lives of pets and their families.
Preferred Qualifications
