**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in driving performance optimization and excellence in our workforce activities. You'll work closely with our leadership team to analyze data, identify trends and opportunities, and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Lead task groups of experts and partners to drive performance optimization and excellence in workforce activities
* Perform data gathering tasks, data analysis, and reporting to inform business decisions
* Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve process efficiency and customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategic plans to address them
* Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement
* Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
* Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership team to inform business decisions
* Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision-making
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a field of study related to data analysis, business administration, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related field
* Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis, data visualization, and statistical modeling
* Experience driving high-performing teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights

* Experience working in a retail or field-based environment

* Experience with data mining and predictive analytics
