You will be the first point of contact for our members, and you will be responsible for answering their questions, resolving their issues, and providing them with the information and resources they need to navigate the healthcare system. You will work in a high-volume, customer-service environment, and you will be expected to be efficient, productive, and thorough in your work. **Responsibilities** * Call members to schedule in-home visits with a physician or a nurse practitioner * Answer inbound calls from members and assist them with their inquiries * Ensure that appointments are scheduled accurately and resolve any scheduling issues or concerns * Work in a high-volume, customer-service environment * Be efficient, productive, and thorough in your work * Be able to work a flexible schedule that includes evening hours **Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent work experience * Must be 18 years or older * 1 year of work experience * Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (create, edit, save, send documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence) * Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements * Ability to work an 8-hour shift between our normal business hours of 9:00 am and 5:30 pm local time * May be required to work occasional overtime or weekends **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in the healthcare industry * Experience working with Medicaid or Medicare * Experience working in a customer retention-focused role **Telecommuting Requirements** * Reside within EST or CST * Ability to keep all company-sensitive documents secure (if applicable) * Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy * Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group-approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service * Must be able to connect directly into the internet via a hard wire (either directly to the modem or router) **Soft Skills** * Ability to type and talk at the same time while navigating through multiple screens * Experience working in a metric-driven work environment * Experience using an auto-dialer system * All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to arenaflex's Telecommuter Policy **Compensation and Benefits** * The hourly range for this role is $16.00 to $28.85 per hour based on full-time employment * Pay is based on several factors, including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. * UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable * In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements) **Why Join arenaflex?** * Make a meaningful impact on the communities we serve * Work in a culture that values diversity and inclusion * Enjoy comprehensive benefits and career development opportunities * Be part of a global organization that is dedicated to helping people live healthier lives **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about making a difference in people's lives, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
