About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Contact Center Agent. In this role, you'll leverage your call center experience, customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail to deliver a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

Schedule and Work Arrangements

This is a full-time, 8-hour shift position, with hours ranging between 7:45 am and 6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. As a remote worker, you'll be required to connect to a modem/router using a provided Ethernet cord and have internet access sufficient to handle calls received via the internet. You'll also need to have a quiet and private remote work location, and you must reside and work at the address provided (no coffee shops, friend's houses, etc.).

Additionally, experience working with multiple monitors, or former transaction processing experience, will be considered a plus.
