Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and friendly manner, ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism and care.
- Assist customers with questions related to roofing services, warranties, quotes, and scheduling, providing accurate and helpful information to address their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within set time limits, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and a calm, composed demeanor in challenging situations.
- Collaborate with our dispatch team to schedule consultations and ensure seamless communication with our clients, guaranteeing a smooth and efficient experience from start to finish.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the construction, roofing, or home services industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and resolving complex issues.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude, including active listening, clear articulation, and a warm, empathetic tone.
