Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer and distributor services for the North America Region, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
- Handle orders from initial inquiry to final delivery, including post-sales support, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Enter, approve, and process complaints and returns, as well as analyze credit and debit notes, to maintain accurate records and facilitate efficient issue resolution.
- Report on sales data, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Respond to email and phone inquiries regarding product availability and pricing, ensuring prompt and accurate communication with customers.
- Communicate with Distribution Centers located in various regions, including Dyersburg, Williamsburg, Costa Rica, and Brazil, to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration.
- Proactively collaborate with assigned clients, maintaining lists of open and overdue orders, to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with sales, logistics, planning, and warehouse departments to ensure alignment and effective issue resolution.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Experience in a similar customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Familiarity with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, to effectively manage customer data and communicate with stakeholders.
- Experience working with SAP or another ERP system, to efficiently manage orders, inventory, and customer information.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
