Key Responsibilities
As a Client Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining positive, cooperative relationships with other employees and displaying tact and respect with team members, even in busy or hectic situations.
- Feeling and expressing a genuine liking for animals and their owners, as well as a passion for working in an animal care field.
- Providing timely and accurate information to incoming client calls and product knowledge requests.
- Identifying, processing, and assessing client needs according to established policies and procedures.
- Handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Providing timely feedback to blithequark regarding service failures or client concerns.
- Partnering with other teams to meet and exceed client service expectations.
- Admitting patients and handling medical records entries accurately, including entering and updating client and patient information into practice computer software.
- Preparing health certificates, immunization certificates, laboratory requests, and euthanasia forms.
- Processing payments/client invoices for services performed, as well as handling client correspondence, including procedure reminders, thank you cards, welcome cards, sympathy arrangements and cards, and A/R statements.
- Receiving and relaying telephone, fax, and email messages accurately and promptly, and answering telephones and handling calls quickly, efficiently, and in a professional and friendly manner using a multi-line system.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A high school degree.
- Previous client service experience is desirable, but not essential.
- Computer experience, including proficiency in practice computer software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
