Key Responsibilities

- Update consumers' account information during and after each call, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Identify payment options and setup payment arrangements as appropriate, providing personalized solutions to meet our clients' needs
- Initiate effective outbound calls and receive inbound calls, demonstrating a proactive approach to customer service
- Produce and arrange payment solutions for customers, working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Provide account updates to management as appropriate, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned
- Ensure client/arenaflex quality standards are met, consistently delivering high-quality service and support
- Work assigned group of accounts, managing a portfolio of clients and developing strong relationships
- Assure the best interests of arenaflex are maintained, prioritizing our clients' needs and expectations
- Provide management with information on any suspected work or personnel problems, contributing to a positive and productive work environment
- Participate in continued training in UDAAP and compliance policies, staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with previous customer service billing experience being a significant plus
- Basic Microsoft Office applications skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen as permitted by law, ensuring a safe and secure work environment
- Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with management, subordinates, and clients
- Excellent computer skills, with a working knowledge of billing practices and techniques
