Responsibilities
- Lead the technical onboarding and launch of new Narmi customers
- Build integrations, internal tools, and automation that streamline implementations
- Reduce manual configuration and improve the systems behind customer launches
- Diagnose issues and ship targeted fixes and improvements in production
- Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Implementations, Product, and Engineering
- Identify opportunities to apply AI and custom tooling across the company
Skills
- A builder mindset: Curious, resourceful, and eager to learn
- Strong professional communication skills and the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
- BS in Computer Science or similar technical background
- 1+ year of professional experience in software engineering or a technical role
- Based in New York City or willing to relocate
- Authorized to work in the United States
