Key Responsibilities
- Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional results
- Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises, ensuring seamless operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop strategic plans and meet business objectives
- Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, demonstrating a commitment to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts, showcasing your ability to work in a demanding, yet rewarding setting
- Work in an environment with varying noise levels and temperatures, adapting to changing conditions with ease
- Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs), demonstrating your physical and mental agility
