Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated LSAT tutor to join our team in Sayreville, NJ. As a tutor on our platform, you will have the opportunity to work with students from all over the country, providing personalized instruction and guidance to help them achieve their academic goals. This is a work-from-home opportunity that offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to balance your time between our remote office and your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality instruction and guidance to students in LSAT preparation
- Develop and implement personalized lesson plans to meet the needs of each student
- Communicate effectively with students and parents to ensure a positive and productive learning experience
- Utilize our purpose-built Live Learning Platform to deliver online instruction and engage with students in real-time
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and new technologies
Essential Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g. law, education, psychology)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in teaching or tutoring, with a focus on LSAT preparation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple students and sessions simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
