Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that showcase our instructors and classes, driving brand visibility and engagement across diverse audiences.
- Collaborate closely with Talent and Content teams to influence instructor selection, topic development, and content calendar planning, ensuring our classes resonate with current cultural trends and educational needs.
- Partner with other marketing leaders to craft bold, culture-driven launch campaigns that amplify our brand and drive channel-specific success.
- Drive strategy, budget, and execution of class and instructor marketing across multiple media channels, including digital advertising, search, audio, PR, social media, and email.
- Work cross-functionally to align on annual launch calendars, marketing messages, and creative approaches, ensuring a cohesive and integrated marketing strategy.
- Present progress and relevant metrics to team and leadership, providing insights that inform future marketing decisions.
Who You Are
As a seasoned marketing strategist, you have a proven track record of developing and executing campaigns that drive business growth and brand visibility. You're a creative problem-solver with a deep understanding of content marketing, and you're passionate about staying ahead of the curve in terms of industry trends and best practices.
Essential Qualifications
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with 7+ years in leadership roles.
- Experience working with top-tier celebrity talent and developing marketing campaigns that drive business results.
- Strong record of devising and delivering world-class strategies and campaigns, with a proven ability to drive results in complex and dynamic environments.
- Exceptional marketer with a strong creative sensibility and deep experience in content marketing.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the education or entertainment industries.
- Strong understanding of media mix and experience across multiple marketing channels and mediums.
- Ability to get the best out of creative partners, including copywriters, designers, and editors.
