We're seeking a passionate and highly motivated Digital Field Manager to support Toyota and its dealers in enriching their digital strategy, evolving the future of virtual retail, and consulting on internet lead handling and website guest experience to drive incremental vehicle sales. This role is crucial in helping us achieve our objective to increase the conversion of online to in-store guests and new vehicle sales, particularly in the Boston Regional Office.
To excel in this role, you'll need a blend of technical knowledge, business acumen, and interpersonal skills. This includes a deep understanding of digital retailing, internet lead handling, and SEO/SEM strategies, as well as the ability to analyze data and drive decision-making. Strong communication and presentation skills are crucial for effectively consulting with dealers and presenting to senior management. The ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to the evolving automotive landscape is also essential.
