Job Summary
This role is responsible for creating original video about employee life at Comcast, and the real people and experiences that make us a Fortune 10 Best Company to Work For. Video is pushed globally in assets and across digital and social recruitment channels, disruptively showing our unique employee experience and ultimately driving engagement/job applications. Ideal candidate is a storyteller, a subject matter expert in creation and execution, and a project manager ensuring their assets are delivered on time and on spec. They are an expert in all stages of production – plus have a deep understanding of digital and social platforms, latest trends, and how to execute on them. They are confident working independently or collaboratively with multiple internal and external teams to get the job done.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
• Shoot, edit and deliver high-quality video assets that align to Talent Brand and editorial strategy
• Scout and direct all levels of talent; coordinate various levels of production (on campus or on location), and quickly
• Monitor viewer behavior and latest industry trends to inform video content approach and capture
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external creative teams for distribution
• Subject matter expert of user-generated content video software for Talent, to drive internal adoption and asset collection
• Manage digital asset library and stakeholder access
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
• 3-5 years relevant production, creative, and storytelling experience
• Fluency with digital production and post-production tools
• Ability to film content and deliver end-to-end
• Strong portfolio of digital storytelling experiences
• Strong people, project management, and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented, deadline driven, and able to prioritize and manage high-volume workload
• Experience creating content that drives views and engagement; able to edit based on video analytics
