We're seeking a dedicated Customer Care Professional to join our Servicemember Civil Relief Act/Military Lending Act (SCRA/MLA) Operations team at blithequark. In this critical role, you'll ensure accurate and timely review, analysis, and actioning of requests and inquiries related to SCRA/MLA account protection, adhering to the guidelines of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act and Military Lending Act.

Our compensation package is designed to reflect your value to our organization. The expected hourly pay range for this role is between $20.00 to $33.65, with opportunities for bonuses and benefits that enhance your overall compensation.
