POSITION SUMMARY Domo is seeking a highly-motivated professional to join our Corporate Sales team with a focus on customer expansion. As a Corporate Account Executive specializing in customer growth, you will serve as a trusted advisor and critical interface to our existing customers. In today’s environment, customers seek consultative partnerships to realize continuous value from their investments. Armed with a world-class cloud solution, your role is to unlock incremental business value by expanding opportunities within the customer base and accelerating their success. High-level customer satisfaction and growth within existing accounts are key measures of success. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Create and drive revenue growth within the existing customer base through expansion, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities; - Build and maintain long-term consultative partnerships with customers; - Identify and solve complex customer challenges that present opportunities for additional Domo solutions; - Proactively grow pipeline of expansion opportunities within assigned accounts; - Collaborate closely within the Domo team (Account Development, Sale Consultants, Implementation, Legal, etc.) to deliver value and seamless customer experience; - Foster strong brand awareness and relationships through networking within existing accounts and industry associations; - Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting within internal CRM systems; - Consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales targets focused on customer growth and retention. JOB REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience; - 5+ years of technology sales experience with a strong emphasis on customer expansion and account management within enterprise software; - Proven track record selling enterprise software, CRM, ERP, or Business Intelligence solutions, successfully engaging senior-level stakeholders; - Experience with quota and commission compensation structures; - Deep knowledge of key sectors and ability to sell across multiple verticals; - Demonstrated ability to close expansion deals and grow revenue within existing client relationships, ideally in a remote setting; - Strong ability to articulate the value of enterprise software solutions and identify upsell opportunities; - Self-motivated and able to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
