Verizon Sales Team Member Responsibilities:
• Participate in hands-on sales training within retail or customer-facing environments while engaging directly with customers
• Present and demonstrate Verizon products and services in a clear, confident, and professional manner
• Respond to customer questions regarding services, features, and pricing with accuracy and transparency
• Develop a strong understanding of Verizon’s product portfolio to effectively educate and assist prospective clients
• Collaborate with fellow Verizon Sales Team Members and leadership to learn interviewing, training, and mentoring best practices
• Build foundational skills in lead generation and customer acquisition through proactive outreach
• Contribute to a positive, energetic team environment that promotes collaboration and motivation
Verizon Sales Team Member Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related entry-level role preferred
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong interest in working with people
• Self-motivated with leadership potential and a proactive attitude
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Ability to perform well in fast-paced, high-energy, and evolving environments
