What You’ll Be Doing
As a field representative for our agency, you will be the "go-to" person on-site to keep operations running smoothly. Your daily tasks will include:
Site Prep & Cleanup: Sweeping, removing debris, and hauling scrap to dumpsters to ensure a hazard-free zone.
Heavy Lifting: Moving materials like lumber, rebar, and bags of concrete to where they’re needed most.
Loading/Unloading: Assisting with truck deliveries to keep the supply chain moving.
General Support: Assisting skilled trades (carpenters, plumbers, etc.) with basic tasks like digging, positioning equipment, or simple assembly.
What We’re Looking For
The Basics: You have a strong work ethic and a "no task is too small" attitude.
Physical Power: You can comfortably lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for the full shift.
Reliable Transport: You have a dependable way to get to various job sites on time—every time.
Safety First: You own (or are willing to get) standard PPE: steel-toed boots, hard hat, and high-vis vest.
Flexibility: Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
