Publicis Health is a fully integrated team that provides innovative services to clients. They are seeking a Client Integration Coordinator to support operational excellence by managing client workflows, status tracking, and administrative tasks while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and own status trackers, operation sheets, meeting agendas and notes for client programs
- Coordinate day to day work across pillar/capability leadership teams
- Triage and manage client escalations; surface issues to leadership and support resolution management
- Communicate proactively with internal and client stakeholders via Teams, email and verbally
- Prepare status updates and decks as needed
- Bring ideas for internal process improvement to aid with efficiency
Skills
- 0-2 years of applicable professional experience, ideally in account management, program coordination, project coordination, or operations support
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Professional client-facing demeanor
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and operational data
- Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication skills and a service oriented mindset
- Experience in a creative agency, marketing organization, or operations environment preferred
- Exposure to healthcare or pharma environments is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, MIS, or related field preferred
