The Opportunity We’re looking for a detail-oriented and experienced bookkeeper with SaaS expertise for a one-time cleanup and reconciliation project. You will play a critical role in ensuring our 2024 books are accurate, complete, and ready for internal financial review and future planning. Scope of Work Review and input all financial transactions for 2024 year-to-date in QuickBooks Online Reconcile all accounts, including: Bank accounts Credit card statements Loan accounts Identify and correct any: Missing entries Typos Duplicate transactions Requirements ✅ Proven experience with QuickBooks Online ✅ Bookkeeping experience with SaaS or service-based companies ✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy ✅ Ability to complete the project independently and efficiently To Apply: Please submit the following in your proposal: 1.
