The ideal candidate understands e-commerce sales, customer relationship management, and regional market dynamics, and can build strong client relationships while driving measurable revenue. This role requires fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate confidently, manage structured sales processes, and convert opportunities effectively. What You Will Do - Identify and develop new business opportunities across South America, expanding market reach and revenue potential. - Manage both inbound and outbound sales opportunities, maintaining a structured pipeline and driving deals to closure. - Build and nurture strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and online merchants. - Conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, and negotiations to secure partnerships and close deals.Manage leads and opportunities within CRM systems, ensuring accurate documentation and pipeline visibility. - Partner with marketing and operations teams to improve conversion rates while staying informed on regional e-commerce trends and customer behavior. Who You Are - Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across diverse client environments. - 2+ years of experience in sales, ideally within e-commerce, digital commerce, or online retail environments. - Hands-on experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Pipedrive to manage pipelines and track performance. - Strong understanding of online retail, marketplaces, and e-commerce operations, with familiarity with platforms such as Shopify. - Proven ability to manage a structured sales pipeline, close opportunities, and consistently meet revenue targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities with a consultative sales approach. - Experience working with Latin American markets and familiarity with sales automation tools and reporting in fast-paced, remote environments.
