The Analyst II will provide technical, analytical, and administrative support to ensure the sound condition of the District 4 Office's facilities, while also advising management on operational issues and ensuring quality control for projects and contracts.
Responsibilities
- Perform technical, analytical and staff administrative support activities that will assure the sound and safe condition of the District 4 Office
- Provide expert advice and consultation to District management on operational issues
- Work closely with DGS Building Property Management and all levels of management to ensure building safety systems and plans are up to date
- Ensure quality assurance and quality control through project management tools and techniques for projects and contracts
- Responsible for communication with various levels of management and stakeholders on project status
Skills
- Possession of a valid driver's license is required when operating a state owned or leased vehicle
- Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is required
- Possession of Minimum Qualifications will be verified prior to interview and/or appointment

- Unofficial, original, or official sealed transcripts will be accepted and may be required upon appointment
- Applicants with foreign transcripts/degrees must provide a transcript/degree U.S. equivalency report evaluation that indicates the number of units and degree to which the foreign coursework is equivalent
