Amazon Account Auditor (Remote - Serbia)

As an Amazon Account Auditor, you will be a key member of our sales team, leveraging your analytical skills and Amazon expertise to identify growth opportunities for potential clients. You'll conduct comprehensive audits of Amazon accounts, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable recommendations to improve sales performance, advertising effectiveness, and overall profitability. You'll play a vital role in showcasing the value of our services and helping brands thrive on the Amazon platform. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough audits of Amazon seller accounts, including creating detailed Loom video reports (20-40 minutes). Analyze business reports to calculate and interpret crucial account metrics (e.g., CPA, conversion rate, TACOS, profit). Review and assess product listings, providing recommendations for improvement in images, copywriting, SEO, and A+ content to increase CTR and CVR. Evaluate keyword performance and rankings, offering actionable tips to enhance organic visibility. Examine Amazon Ads accounts for organization and proper campaign naming. Assess the structure and optimization of top campaigns, suggesting strategies for improved performance. Summarize audit findings into strategic recommendations to enhance client performance and sales. Introduce Trivium and explain how our expertise can benefit the client's Amazon journey. Communicate expectations for the initial collaboration period, including the audit and optimization process. Express gratitude for the client's business and investment in our services. Provide clear contact information for further inquiries and service initiation. Requirements: Excellent spoken English proficiency is essential. Strong understanding of Amazon's platform, policies, and best practices. Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and formulate strategic recommendations. Familiarity with Amazon advertising and campaign optimization. Experience in SEO, copywriting, and image optimization for e-commerce (a plus).
