You will be responsible for managing your own book of clients and are responsible for delivering our services. What you'll do: Prepare accurate, accrual-basis financial statements. Perform detailed reconciliations for bank, credit card, merchant service, and loan accounts. Apply strong financial analysis to support data-driven decision-making. Manage multiple client onboarding projects across various industries. Follow structured project plans aligned with client needs and timelines. Deliver high-quality service that is both timely and within scope. Utilize cloud-based accounting platforms an d integrated tools to streamline processes and drive results. Gets you to the top of the list: 3–5 years of experience in GAAP-based accounting and financial reporting. Strong client communication skills and a passion for helping small businesses. Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Xero. Industry exposure in e-commerce, product-based businesses, technology, real estate, or professional services. Consulting experience with multiple clients or projects at once. Familiarity with cloud-based accounting systems and app integrations. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (required). Bonus: Experience in public accounting or working in a remote, tech-forward environment.
