Accounting Assistant 2 - Accounts Payable

Job Description A day in the life… Research and analyze supplier accounts to ensure accurate payment processing. Process invoices and receipts efficiently, verifying amounts and ensuring compliance with company policies. Collaborate with various departments to resolve discrepancies and address supplier inquiries. Maintain detailed and organized records of all transactions and communications. Prioritize workload effectively to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Work both independently and as part of a team to achieve departmental goals. Utilize accounting software and other tools to streamline invoice processing and payment tasks. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of accounts payable functions. Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations. Provide exceptional customer service to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
