IT Analyst
This is a remote position. We are searching for standard System Analysts with strong UML, BPMN, SQL, and system design experience , combined with business analysis skills such as requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management . Main Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate functional and technical requirements. Design business processes, system interactions, and workflows using UML and BPMN. Translate business needs into structured system specifications and user stories. Analyse SQL databases, extract and validate data for system improvements. Support integration of APIs and system components, ensuring alignment with business goals. Work closely with developers, testers, and product teams to ensure proper implementation. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst in financial or IT environments. Expertise in UML, BPMN, SQL, and system design. Strong business analysis skills (requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder communication). Experience working with REST APIs and API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, etc.). Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken). Nice-to-Have Skills: Knowledge of banking products such as payments, lending, or digital onboarding. Experience with BigQuery, Git, Jira, Confluence, and Kibana. Benefits Solid, competitive salary.
