Transaction Coordinator (Independent Contractor)

Seamless Real Estate Services is seeking a motivated, experienced Transaction Coordinator ready to build, not inherit, a book of business. This is an independent contractor role and clients/files are not provided. Success in this position requires consistency, hustle, and the ability to generate and maintain your own agent relationships over time. This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to grow alongside a company with long-term expansion potential. Requirements: • Active real estate license with MLS access • Transaction coordination experience (contract-to-close) • Comfortable managing listings and buyer transactions • Ability to independently prospect and secure agent clients • Tech-savvy and highly organized • Self-motivated and reliable in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities: • Manage transactions from contract to close • Prepare listing and buyer paperwork • Input and maintain listings in the MLS • Coordinate with agents, lenders, title companies, and clients • Track deadlines and ensure compliance throughout the transaction What We Offer: • Support and guidance for agent prospecting • Per-file compensation with a company/TC split • Remote, flexible work environment • Opportunity to grow within a scaling transaction coordination company Compensation: Commission-based, per-file pay.
