Key Responsibilities Coordinate the provisioning of telecommunications services, including communication lines, demarcation plans, and low-voltage infrastructure, for new and existing retail locations across the continental United States. Collaborate with preferred providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of telecommunications services. Interpret and understand production drawings, including electrical, communications, and structural plans, to provide feedback and suggest changes. Conduct site surveys and coordinate with other departments and vendors to plan and implement new or upgraded facilities. Participate in off-hours support and provide excellent customer service. Work effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive projects forward. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field (or a combination of education, work experience, and training). 2+ years of experience in telecommunications systems, including LAN and WAN computing networks. Strong understanding of telecommunication industry best practices. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Visio. Reliable, personal transportation and a valid driver's license issued by the state of Oklahoma (or the ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe). Preferred Qualifications Experience with project management, including leading small to mid-sized projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis. Familiarity with building plans and the ability to interpret and understand structural drawings.
