Who we seek: Join our Global People Team as a Talent Acquisition Intern and play a crucial role in hiring our future team members. You'll gain hands-on experience across all facets of talent acquisition, working closely with our recruiters to source, engage, and onboard top talent. What you’ll do: Manage interview scheduling for 25+ open roles using Greenhouse Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates Proactively source and pipeline talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and Teamable Contribute to innovative sourcing strategies and diverse candidate engagement Support employer branding initiatives and other ad-hoc TA projects Shadow full-lifecycle recruiters to learn the end-to-end recruitment process What you’ll bring: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Positive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn Reliable and collaborative team player Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Familiarity with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, or Teamable (preferred) Our Values: We look for people who embody our values - Care, Do, Try Shine. Hourly pay for this role is $20/hr.
