Job DescriptionExecutes FlexStaff staffing strategy for assigned areas to ensure client needs are met. Receives and fulfills staffing requests of clinical and non-clinical contingent staff for assigned areas throughout Northwell Health. Collaborates with clinical and non-clinical leaders to manage and align employee resources against site needs.Responsibilities: Monitors staffing needs for specified areas and ensures support expectations are met. Reviews and submits temp profiles against long term staffing needs. Reviews and confirms temp short-term requests to support daily needs. Monitors and updates all long-term orders in FlexStaff database to ensure accuracy. Documents daily communications between site/staff in FlexStaff database. Initiates and promotes process improvement opportunities, as necessary. Monitors filled percentage of long-term and short-term orders, reporting back to management. May collaborate with myTIME Kronos team, HR Technology and FlexStaff leadership to promote the development, implementation and continuous improvement of technology. Ensures compliance standards are met before approving staff for shift(s) both short and long term. Performs related duties, as required. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a related field, preferred. Knowledge of all applicable health system, New York State and Federal employment regulations, preferred. Microsoft Office Suite experience, required. Strong verbal, written and customer service skills, required.
