Sr. Manager Risk & Governance

As the Sr. Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and compliance of our products and services, while also driving risk management strategies to protect our company and customers. We are looking for an experienced and strategic leader who is passionate about mitigating risks and optimizing governance practices. Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect the company and its customers. Define and maintain risk management policies and procedures in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities and threats to the company's products and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Monitor and report on risk management activities and provide regular updates to senior management. Identify and mitigate potential risks in new product development and implementation processes. Lead and mentor a team of risk management professionals, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in risk management to continuously improve company's risk management practices. Oversee governance activities, including data protection, privacy, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all risk management and governance activities are aligned with company policies and guidelines. Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as auditors and regulators, to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Drive a culture of risk awareness and compliance throughout the company by providing training and resources to all employees. Communicate risk management strategy and updates to senior management and other relevant stakeholders. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management and governance programs and make recommendations for improvement.
