This position is Full Time & looking to START SOON- Sept. 2nd 2025 • Summary: HCL services a wide variety of brands and services by bringing quality Customer Service to the experience of our target market for each Team and Brand you as a Customer Service Agent represents. Customer Service Representatives will handle inbound and outbound calls, e-mail, live chat, and social media monitoring (internal and external). • Examples of contact types would include, but are not limited to account management, general queries, scheduling appointments, reporting adverse events, and special situations. Product description, trouble inquires, Up Sales, and donations. • Business Hours: Shifts: Hours M-F 8a-8p Sat 8a-5p Sun Closed (40 Hours per week) • Program Hire Requirements: • Previous call center experience is preferred or strong customer service focused work history. • Must be self-directed and able to work independently, demonstrate good problem solving skills, critical thinking skills, in addition to multi-tasking skills as there are a number of computer programs involved in the handling of calls and need to be comfortable with quickly navigating, and talking and typing simultaneously. Skills Needed: • HS/GED • Call Center Exp./Knowledge • Work From Home experience • Typing/Computer Navigation • Social Media Knowledge • Active Listening Skills/Data Entry This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to join our team.
