The Role We are seeking a talented Software Backend Engineer with expertise in Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate) who is adaptable and eager to learn new programming languages as required by business needs. The work you’ll do - Taking ownership of the full on-premises product lifecycle: investigating, implementing, building, and delivering to customers - Support and maintain the project stability and security, update dependencies, implement new standards and protocols - Increase the reliability of our software continuously. - Support on-premises customers in their path to migrating to the modern cloud-based Celonis Platform. - Improving & automating our development processes - Assisting Level 3 Support for customers investigating and resolving complex problems. - Set an example for and mentor, and grow your teammates. - Helping define a fun and inclusive engineering culture The qualifications you need - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field. - 3-6 years of hands-on software engineering experience. - Hands on experience in Java, Spring, Hibernate frameworks - Exposure to geographically distributed work environments. - Ability to navigate typical enterprise challenges successfully.
