Reporting to the Social Media Manager, this role will help oversee Consumer Products paid social media, including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, and more.The individual filling this role will be responsible for social campaign management activities such as data feed and audience builds, campaign implementation, QA, ongoing optimization, and performance insights reporting. They will also provide input into the construction of client decks and status documentation.The ideal candidate will have extensive prior experience with paid social buying, campaign management, and data analysis. They will also have familiarity with online trafficking and digital analytics tools.Position Responsibilities:Implement, manage, and optimize paid social advertising campaignsEnsure proper campaign setup to track properly in Adobe Analytics and paid social buying platforms: Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and YouTubeAnalyze campaigns to identify key insights, trends, and testing opportunitiesManage the daily campaign optimization efforts of assigned accounts to ensure you are achieving the traffic, engagement and conversion goals set for each campaignManage daily budget tracking process to make sure pre-defined spending levels are on paceUtilize team workflow system to manage and execute assignments as well as possess the ability to prioritize assignments based on urgency and importanceCreate strategy proposals for new campaigns or account structures based on objectives provided by strategy partnersManage bid rules and optimization efforts at the campaign, audience, and ad levels to drive account performanceReview or provide regular reporting to add insights and provide commentary to explain variationsManage the execution, reporting, and share-outs of testing initiativesCollaborate with leadership, colleagues and social outlets to define policies, processes and procedures to further drive efficiencies and performance for key stakeholdersKeep current on the social media advertising industry and propose new ideas to further enhance campaign tactics and capabilitiesBasic Qualifications:2-5 years executing paid social media advertising campaignsMust have a thorough working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads interfaces. Familiarity with TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest a plusFamiliarity with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics (Omniture) or Google Analytics 360 to drive tactical decisionsAbility to work well with cross-functional teams and prioritize timeComfortable working with team members at all levels, including senior managementHigh proficiency with Microsoft ExcelEducationFour-year college degree or equivalent experience.
