This position is perfect for newer or developing agents aiming to enhance their expertise by guiding buyers through property showings, expanding their understanding of the Denver market, and refining client service and negotiation skills. You will work closely with a seasoned team member, supporting their active buyer clients-providing an excellent stepping stone toward becoming a full-fledged team agent. As a Showing Assistant, you'll receive continuous mentorship, focused training, clear expectations, and regular opportunities to grow your skills and income-all while laying a solid groundwork for a successful real estate career. An active Colorado real estate license is required. Responsibilities • Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program • Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding suitable homes • Deliver comprehensive written feedback to help clients adjust their search criteria • Draft and negotiate offers for the sales agent and clients • Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation • Engage in weekly script practice as per team guidelines • Take part in team events according to team standards • Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls • Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology Qualifications • Enthusiastic about engaging with others and excel at building and sustaining professional connections. • Driven by a strong passion to assist others, while dedicated to advancing your real estate and leadership expertise. • Enjoy interacting with people. • Maintain a cheerful and optimistic demeanor. • Comfortable with spending significant time driving. • Skilled at assessing clients' preferences and aligning them with suitable properties. • Eager to learn and grow. • Ambitious with a track record of success. • High school diploma required. • Must possess a real estate license.
