About the Senior Software Engineer (Java) role… As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing software solutions that align with SiteMinder’s engineering standards. You will take ownership of complex problems, ensuring robust and scalable solutions. What you’ll do… Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications with a focus on performance and scalability Collaborate with cross-functional distributed agile team to deliver high quality solution Work closely with other developers, pair-programming, reviewing pull requests, and contributing incremental improvements to code and coding practices Lead code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to uphold coding standards and best practices.
