Senior Learning Experience Designer (Remote - US)

As a Senior Learning Experience Designer, you will shape the development of engaging and impactful learning programs across a global professional services organization. You will partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and project teams to design innovative learning solutions that enhance skills, performance, and organizational growth. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on design expertise, ensuring programs are aligned with business priorities while delivering measurable outcomes. Success in this position requires creativity, collaboration, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Accountabilities In this role, you will: • Consult with business stakeholders to understand development needs and align learning initiatives with organizational objectives. • Design, develop, and implement high-quality learning programs across multiple modalities, including e-learning, instructor-led training, job aids, and performance support tools. • Conduct needs assessments and develop evaluation methods to measure program impact, ROI, and behavioral change. • Partner with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of learning content. • Provide strategic and operational support for learning initiatives, including budget management, vendor relationships, and cross-functional collaboration. • Mentor and coach colleagues and emerging designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. • Lead multi-stakeholder projects, managing priorities and delivering results on time and within scope. • Stay current on industry trends, instructional design methodologies, and emerging learning technologies to enhance program effectiveness. Requirements Candidates should have: • ~10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Leadership Development within large organizations. • Deep knowledge of instructional design, learning models, leadership development, change management, and learning assessment. • Proven experience designing programs across multiple modalities, including face-to-face and live-online delivery. • Strong business acumen and ability to translate organizational strategy into actionable learning initiatives. • Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. • Leadership characteristics including innovation, resourcefulness, collaboration, and a growth mindset. • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop talent while driving high standards in learning delivery.
