Senior Human Resources Systems Administrator

Epson America is looking for a Human Resources Systems Administrator with a passion for HR Systems, HR Processes, and continuous process improvement. The Human Resources Systems Administrator will be responsible for controlling employee database and other associate systems, and will administer employee data and maintain local compliance data. This position can be remote, or you can work a hybrid schedule out of Epson America's headquarters in Los Alamitos, CA. What you will be doing: • Maintains Epson’s Human Resources System (HRIS) and other associated systems. • Works with various consultants and contractors to ensure the systems continuously meet user requirements. • Performs the upgrading and maintenance of all systems’ software. • Administers system module development projects including specifications, quotations, and budget. • Maintains system customizations. • Performs HRIS and payroll interface upgrades. • Trains and consults appropriate personnel on use of system software. • Sources new software programs. Assists in the development, installation, and maintenance of these programs. • Administrates and maintains data in coordination with applicable local compliance • Provides timely and accurately reports for the department and management. Analyzes data for trends. Makes recommendations for system changes based on analysis of data. • Coordinates internal HR and IT processes and resources in order for a successful deployment. Communicates progress towards project goals and prioritizes project tasks and deliverables. What you will bring: • 2–5 years of experience administering HRIS systems • Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Learning Management (required) • Familiarity with Employee Central or People Analytics within SuccessFactors (preferred) • Experience with SAP CPI integrations (preferred) • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or English and Portuguese (required) • Ability to translate technical terminology into clear, user-friendly language • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to define problems, analyze data, draw insights, and recommend actionable solutions • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data integrity • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Employee Benefits In addition to joining a team of dedicated professionals who support each other and are passionate about their work, you’ll also enjoy a variety of attractive, industry-leading benefits. • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage eligibility on start date • Generous paid time off, including sick time, vacation, and holidays • Income protection plans, including life insurance and short-term and long-term disability programs paid by the company • 401K plan with company matching • Educational reimbursement, employee assistant program (EAP), adoption assistance, employee discounts and much more! The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $100,233 and $137,821. Please note that this position’s salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
