Our team of experts is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, research, and market analysis to help our clients succeed. **The Role** As a Senior Account Executive, Mid-Market Sales, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics, and structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between blithequark and clients. You will lead a cross-functional team within blithequark to collaborate on projects and drive client success. **Key Responsibilities** * Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders * Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics * Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between blithequark and clients * Lead a cross-functional team within blithequark to collaborate on projects and drive client success * Plan and achieve growth goals through the presentation of blithequark advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing goals * Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses, and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals * Quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers * Build knowledge of how blithequark advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing goals **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience * 8 years of experience in digital marketing, digital media, or advertising sales * Experience influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders * Strong communication and analytical skills * Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a customer engagement strategy * Ability to leverage business acumen to strategically assess and help solve client needs * Ability to achieve goals to drive growth **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context * Experience selling against traditional and digital media advertising solutions * Knowledge of traditional and contemporary or online marketing strategy and tactics * Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **What We Offer** * Competitive base salary range: $129,000-$191,000 * Bonus and equity benefits * Opportunity to work with a global leader in digital marketing and advertising solutions * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **Work Environment and Company Culture** blithequark is a global company with a diverse and inclusive culture.
